Randy Cimorelli, President/CEO

Randy joined Massey-Fair in 1990 expanding the company into Alabama, Mississippi, and western Tennessee markets. He moved to Dallas, TX in 1995 to expand the horizons of Massey-Fair once again and solidify the purchase of Ingredient Food Sales. In 2000 he relocated to Atlanta, GA to assume the role of President and COO of both Massey-Fair and MacSource. In August of 2007 Randy became CEO after finalizing the recapitalization both Massey Fair and MacSource with High Street Capital, thus forming the holding company Mac & Massey, LLC. Randy holds a BS in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Married for over 18 years, he is the father of two daughters. His hobbies include music, travel, golf and spending time with his children.

Phil Ammons - CFO

Employed with Massey-Fair since 2007, Phil is responsible for all areas of company finance and accounting, human resources and IT.  Phil is a CPA who spent many years in the restaurant and for-profit education industries prior to joining Massey-Fair.  He is a graduate from Georgia State University.

Kyle Dallape – VP of Sales

Joined Massey-Fair in September of 2007. Kyle is responsible for managing distribution sales.  He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Sarah, and their two children. After serving in the United States Navy Kyle attended Georgia State University. He has worked in the food industry since 1995 in both procurement and sales. Kyle enjoys boating, cooking and spending time with his family.
